CBRE GlobalWorkplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities andcorporate real estate management, are recruiting a mobile handyman to join theteam. You will be located in the East Coast of England (Grimsby, Colchester,Hornsea, Humberside)
What You’ll Do:
- Performpreventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implementeffective repairs across all building services systems.
- Repairs floor& wall coverings.
- Responsible forother building maintenance & installation works as required.
- Accountable forlighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU’s / FCU’s and Basic Plumbingrequirements
- Provide excellentcustomer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communicationwith all stakeholders.
- Oversee andliaise with contractors across site.
- Maintain accuraterecords of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
- Ensure adherenceto health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accuraterecords of compliance.
Working Hours:
- 8am – 4:30pm
- Monday to Friday
- Overtimepossibilities
DesirableQualifications & Attributes:
- Experience ofworking in high profile work environment
- Previous fabricexperience advantageous
- PC literate
- Good Customerrelationship skills
