What you’ll be doing:

Complete nightly checklists thoroughly and accurately.
Perform general front desk duties including check-in/check-out, customer service, answering phones, and providing guest information.
Anticipate and respond to guest needs by asking questions and observing preferences.
Be familiar with all accounting and auditing practices relevant to the front office.
Maintain a strong front desk presence during peak times if on night reception, and support night reception if on audit.
Proactively complete tasks and checklists; carry out delegated work from Night Managers efficiently and on time.
Focus strongly on guest and staff safety and security.
Assist the Night Manager with walk-in guests where appropriate.
Attend meetings when possible and contribute ideas for improvement.
Help maintain smooth communication and relations between day and night teams.

More about you…

Previous hotel front office or customer service experience is essential.
Opera PMS knowledge is preferred; night shift experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing), teamwork, and a positive outlook.
Be innovative, reliable, proactive, and flexible.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) working night shifts.
