About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied role supporting our Mortgage & Protection Adviser and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service from start to finish.
You’ll be a key part of the team, liaising with clients and third-party providers, managing cases efficiently, and keeping everything running smoothly from application to completion.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Communicating with lenders and providers to track the progress of mortgage and protection applications
- Proactively progressing cases from submission to completion
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring clients receive timely, professional responses
- Prepare client documentation, application forms, and supporting paperwork
- Completing medical questionnaires and liaising with underwriters for protection cases
- Maintain accurate client data in the back-office system and ensure compliance with FCA regulations
- Schedule and arrange client meetings
- Research mortgage and protection products using sourcing systems (training provided if needed)
- Stay up to date with provider criteria, processes, and internal policies
- Deliver an excellent client experience through clear communication and efficient case management
