Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 basic per annum (DOE) plus 10-25% monthly bonus potential.
Hours: 39 hours per week Monday – Friday

Job Purpose: To cover an area working collaboratively with the Area Sales Manager to approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business. The Sales Executive works to maintain good relationships with existing customers and gaining repeat business wherever possible.
We also welcome applications from candidates at an entry level who may have limited sales experience but demonstrate strong enthusiasm, energy, and a proactive attitude. A junior candidate will play an important supporting role within our Area Sales Teams, contributing to customer engagement, team collaboration, and overall sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, and Internet queries
- Pipeline management from quotes to sale
- Managing and maintaining customer relationships
- Touch points needs to be 100% weekly, need minimum 2.5 hours customer talk time
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate ASM for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve monthly KPI’s
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned area and update CRM system
- Team with sales rep to build relationships and close deals
- Making sure orders are not sent out if customer is on hold
- Setting up all new clients on Stock Portal, agree prices and ensure T&C’s are signed
- Booking out and arrange delivery of marketing material
- Update online stockist list
- Fill out and complete Returns application form
Skills and experience:
- Proven inside sales experience within a fast-pace environment
- Track record of over-achieving KPI’s
- Strong phone presence and experience of busy phone lines
- Resilient when working under pressure
- Proficient with corporate productivity
- Experience working with CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
