Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales & Administration Assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of office operations. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, assist with customer enquiries, process sales documentation, maintain accurate records, and help deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Prepare sales documentation.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Maintain and update customer records within our CRM systems.
- Follow up on quotations, leads, and customer requests.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Administrative Duties
- Provide general office administration and clerical support.
- Manage filing systems, databases, and company records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes.
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic finance administration.
Customer Service
- Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Support business development activities through customer follow-up calls and emails.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service roles is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows based Software
- Experience using book keeping systems is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
- Business Administration qualification desirable but not essential.
- Relevant office administration or sales support experience preferred.
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.

Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
