Full job description

We’re seeking a meticulous and friendly Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator to join our supportive team for 35 hour week. You’ll handle day-to-day bookkeeping in Sage Cloud, process payroll accurately, reconcile accounts, and keep our financial records in order.

If you have proven experience with Sage and Excel, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach, we’d love to hear from you. We offer flexibility, a welcoming team culture, and the chance to make a real impact.

This role will report directly to the Group Accountant.

Job Description

Processing purchase and sales invoices.

Making supplier payments.

Chasing customers for outstanding payments.

Bank reconciliations.

Processing monthly inter company invoices.

Submission of quarterly VAT returns.

Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll.

Filing of RTI’s.

Payment runs for payroll.

Processing of pension payments.
