Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about online retail and digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online store, optimising product listings, and engaging with customers across various digital platforms. Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and appealing presentation
Monitor and optimise product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and sales performance
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, chat, or social media channels
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and seasonal sales strategies
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Maintain organised records of inventory levels, order processing, and customer interactions
Assist in developing content for online marketing initiatives, including newsletters and social media posts

Skills

Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing is desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple product listings and campaigns
Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
Bilingual abilities are highly advantageous, enabling effective communication with a broader customer base
