Salary
£23,500 – £25,000 basic (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission
OTE: £30,000 – £40,000+ (Year 1)

Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our commercial finance team as a Sales Executive, with a clear progression pathway towards becoming a Finance Broker.

Previous finance experience is not required. We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed.
Several members of our team joined with little or no industry experience and have progressed into senior sales positions, with some now earning in excess of £60,000 per annum within a few years of joining.
The Role
You will initially focus on business development and lead generation, speaking with business owners across the UK to identify funding opportunities and build relationships.
As your knowledge and experience develop, you will take on greater responsibility, learning how to structure finance solutions and manage clients through the funding process, progressing towards a Finance Broker role.

Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to UK businesses
- Speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Identifying and qualifying funding opportunities
- Building rapport and developing relationships with prospective clients
- Managing your own pipeline of opportunities
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Developing knowledge of commercial finance products and funding solutions
- Working closely with senior brokers and Account Managers

Experience
Previous experience in sales, recruitment, telesales, lead generation, customer service, estate agency, or another phone-based role would be advantageous but is not essential.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience:
- Speaking with customers or clients over the phone
- Working towards targets or KPIs
- Building relationships and influencing decisions
- Working in fast-paced environments
Strong candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered.
Training & Progression
You will receive structured training in:

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress into:
Sales Executive → Junior Account Manager → Account Manager / Finance Broker
