The opportunity

A typical day at Regus

Foster an Engaging Community: Be the heart and soul of our workspace by building meaningful relationships with our members, understanding their needs, and creating a sense of belonging within the community.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests, offering assistance with a smile, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their visit.
Space Management: Maintain a clean, well-organized, and inviting workspace, ensuring that all common areas are consistently presentable and equipped with necessary supplies.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute exciting community events, workshops, and networking sessions that bring professionals together, foster collaboration, and inspire creativity.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to showcase the benefits of Regus to potential clients, conducting tours of the workspace and highlighting the unique features of our flexible solutions.
Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including managing mail and packages, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the centre manager.
Second in Command: Ability to take charge on occasion when the centre manager is away and unavailable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in using technology and Office 365 to a good degree.
A self-starter who can add value even when not being given directive.
