About the role

We're looking for a clinician who sees dentistry as a long-term craft - someone who takes pride in excellent general dentistry and has a genuine interest in cosmetic work. Composite bonding and clear aligner treatment (Invisalign or equivalent) sit at the heart of what we offer, but they're built on a strong restorative foundation.

You'll be joining a practice that invests in its clinicians. We provide in-house marketing, patient education support, and a team around you who care about outcomes - not just throughput. Your diary will grow as your patient relationships deepen, and we look for associates who understand that building a loyal private patient base takes time and intention. The reward for that patience is a book of patients who trust you, refer their friends, and return for years.

The role starts at 2 days per week (Monday and Wednesday), with Saturday sessions added as your diary grows - giving you a clear path to a full 3-day week without overcommitting from day one.

Availability requirement: Candidates must be available Monday and Wednesday immediately. Saturday availability is desirable from the outset, though this day will be introduced gradually.

What you'll do

Deliver consistently high-quality general dentistry - restorations, extractions, crown and bridge work.
Carry out cosmetic treatments including composite bonding, clear aligners, and smile makeovers.
Conduct thorough consultations that educate patients and give them the confidence to start treatment.
Build a personal reputation within the practice, supported by our marketing and recall systems.
Take on more complex endo or perio cases where this falls within your scope (desirable, not essential).

What we're looking for

GDC-registered with a minimum of 3 years in private practice.
Hands-on experience with composite bonding and clear aligner systems (Invisalign or similar).
A strong general dentistry foundation - you're confident across a broad scope of day-to-day clinical work.
A consultative approach to patient communication - you listen, you explain, and patients leave feeling informed.
An understanding of how private practice really works: the lifetime value of a patient, the importance of trust, and the compounding effect of excellent care over time.
Hunger to grow - we want someone who wants to build something, not just fill a chair.
