We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our customers and maintaining the quality of our services.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and drying.
- Clean interior surfaces, including vacuuming and dusting.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- A valid driver's licence is preferred to operate customer vehicles safely.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
