About the Role

Ready to kick off a career in tech sales, right at the frontier of agentic AI? We're growing our London SDR team and looking for someone hungry, curious, and ready to hustle. You bring the energy; we'll bring the training. You will learn what Solace does and why it matters, work both inbound and outbound leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email, team up with Account Executives to crack into major enterprise accounts and turn research into real conversations with the people building the AI powered enterprise of tomorrow.

Comfortable picking up the phone and prospecting strategically
A sharp communicator, in writing and out loud
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in German and English

What You’ll Do

Prospect into target accounts using a mix of outbound and inbound strategies
Engage with potential customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
Clearly articulate Solace’s value proposition to technical and business stakeholders
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM tools
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and the wider GTM team

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Must-Haves

Professional fluency in German & English(reading, writing, and speaking)
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow in sales
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice-to-Haves

Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or SaaS/tech
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.)
