GPDQ is seeking experienced Practice Nurses to support one of our partner clinics in Canary Wharf, London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern, innovative primary care environment, delivering high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing excellent patient experiences and are confident delivering a broad range of nursing services within a fast-paced primary care setting.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll provide a wide range of nursing services including:

Cervical screening
NHS Health Checks
Childhood and adult immunisations
Travel health assessments and vaccinations
Wound care and dressings
Venepuncture
Long-term condition management clinics, including:
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- Cardiovascular Disease
Health promotion and lifestyle advice
Supporting population health initiatives and screening programmes
Remote consultations and clinical reviews where appropriate
Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting quality improvement activities

You'll play an important role in delivering safe, effective and patient-centred care while contributing to an innovative model of primary healthcare.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
Previous experience working within Primary Care or General Practice
Cervical cytology trained and competent
Experience delivering immunisation programmes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a varied clinical workload
Understanding of QOF and Primary Care quality standards
Knowledge of safeguarding and infection prevention procedures
Confidence using digital systems and remote consultation methods

Desirable

Experience using SystmOne
Independent Prescribing Qualification
Travel Health Qualification
Spirometry experience
Teaching or mentorship qualification
