Job Overview
We are seeking a 3 man gang

house plots - drainage - concrete

To join our constuction team. The successful candidates will be responsible for completing products to the highest quality standards, This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.

: key factors

Must be able to read drawings & carry out tasks relating to plot works

MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH UP TO DATE CV!!

2 x WORK REFERENCES

MUST HAVE PLANT TICKETS

long term for the correct individuals.

1 x machine op

1x Ganger/ skilled

1 x labourer

Responsibilities

Plot drainage
Block & beam
concrete finishing
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised workspace
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of production schedule
Document work completed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors

Qualifications

Previous experience in Plot drainage & block & beam is a MUST!
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for quality and precision
concrete works
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing setting
Reliable with good organisational skills and punctuality

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to high-quality production processes while developing their craftsmanship skills within a supportive team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
