Full job description

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable individual to join our team as Bar Staff/Bingo Caller. This role combines excellent guest service with the excitement of hosting bingo games, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. This paid position offers an engaging environment where you can develop your skills while contributing to a vibrant community setting.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and refreshments efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of guest service
Host bingo sessions, calling numbers clearly and accurately to ensure fair game play. On a Saturday & Sunday introducing the artist on stage and then thanking them at the end of each set
Maintain a welcoming environment by engaging with guests and addressing any queries or concerns
Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Uphold responsible alcohol service practices at all times
Being flexible and available to cover extra hours when needed for Functions

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Experience in hospitality or entertainment environments is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Pay: £12.71 per hour
