Full job description

We’re looking for a talented Freelance Women's E-commerce Stylist to support our growing women's collection and help bring the brand to life across our e-commerce channels.

The Role

Working closely with our creative and e-commerce teams, you’ll be responsible for styling women’s products for e-commerce photography, ensuring each look feels on-brand, commercially relevant and visually consistent.This is an ideal opportunity for a stylist who understands contemporary fashion, has a strong eye for detail and knows how to create clean, aspirational e-commerce imagery.

Key Responsibilities

Style women's clothing for e-commerce product photography and campaigns
Create cohesive outfits and product combinations that showcase the collection effectively
Ensure garments are presented accurately
Work collaboratively with photographers, models and the wider creative team on shoot days
Prepare styling rails ahead of shoots
Ensure styling reflects Sandbanks' brand identity and sustainable values
Maintain a high level of organisation before, during and after shoots

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven experience in fashion styling, ideally within e-commerce
Has a strong understanding of women's fashion and current trends
Has an excellent eye for colour, proportion, fit and composition
Understands how to style clothing for e-commerce and commercial photography
Is highly organised, reliable and comfortable working to deadlines
Can work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider creative team
Is based in or able to travel to Poole, Dorset for shoots
