Full job description

Job Summary
This is a varied PA role comprising of admitting visitors to the gardens, serving in the tea room, marketing the business along with organising group bookings and events as well as running bookings for our AirBnB properties. Some day to day housekeeping required and doing changeovers in our 2 AirBnB properties.

First Aid and/or food hygiene certificates would be useful.

Some knowledge of gardening is beneficial. A can do attitude and sense of humour are vital. Some weekend and Bank Holidays required.

Salary will depend on age and experience

Responsibilities
- Taking bookings for group visits

Running 2 Airbnb properties, taking bookings and being responsible for changeovers

Front of house greeting visitors to the gardens

Serving in the tearoom, cooking light lunches, managing supplies in tearoom.

Marketing the gardens through social media platforms and other ways

Running events at the gardens, craft fairs, plant fairs, outdoor theatre events etc

Housekeeping

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality/catering role
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in the hospitality industry.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
Experience in social media/marketing
