Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality detailing services to vehicles at various locations. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will ensure that our clients' vehicles look their best. This position requires a valid driving licence and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to achieve the best results.
Assess the condition of each vehicle and recommend additional services as needed.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored.
Drive to various locations to provide mobile detailing services, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the detailing process.

Requirements

Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
