Full job description

Job Summary
PlatformUnion is seeking a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, who is dedicated and holds an interest in Powerlifting to deliver our established Reigate Powerlifting courses. The successful candidate will coach group sessions of up to 6 people, provide technique feedback, be an active part of our community of lifters by building relationships and referrals to assist in continuing to grow our team. This is a self-employed position with revenue share and commission opportunities, ideal for a coach looking to grow alongside an expanding business.

Duties

Deliver weekly strength and powerlifting group coaching sessions at Hybrid Fitness Reigate.
Coach and provide technical feedback on squat, bench press and deadlift.
Support athletes through a structured 12-week training programme provided by PlatformUnion.
Assist in promoting upcoming courses through referrals, networking and word of mouth marketing.
Assist with athlete on boarding and course enrolment by sharing registration and payment forms.
Organise Bi yearly mock meets for course participants
Maintain a professional and welcoming coaching environment
Represent PlatformUnion values and standards at all times
Identify opportunities to refer athletes into Platform Union online coaching service

Experience

Required

Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification

Preferred

Personal Training: 1 year (preferred)
Powerlifting coaching experience
Experience with client retention
Experience taking part or handling at Powerlifting competitions

Pay: From £20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
