Food & Beverage Supervisor (£13 per hour)

Overview of Role:

To be accountable for the bar & restaurant service areas ensuring that all opportunities are maximized within the bar and restaurant and employees are developed in a structured manner. Offering customers the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Support all food & beverage personnel by adopting a hands-on approach to all aspects of operational responsibility, undertaking floor duties as a matter of routine.
Ensure all staff deliver excellent service standards on a consistent basis.
Maximize upselling opportunities and spend per head at every opportunity.
Ensure food service area is thoroughly cleaned daily.
To deal with any customer(s) complaints or queries in an attentive and courteous manner.
To be fully aware of all reservations bookings in advance and inform staff of same.
To ensure orders are taken promptly and efficiently.
Utilizing and maximizing company standard booking systems effectively.
Stock control and assist with monthly stock take.
To work as part of the team, being aware of colleagues and their needs, and being always flexible.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
