General Summary
This role reports to the Senior Hospitality Manager or their designee and is based in Banbury, UK. The role supports the delivery and contribution of departmental and organisational objectives. Responsible for supporting day‑to‑day operations within their area of responsibility, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure high standards of service, compliance, and performance. Key Responsibilities
Role‑Specific Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of hospitality programs for partners, VIP guests, and key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and brand alignment at every touchpoint.
- Work closely with the Senior Hospitality Manager and cross-functional teams, to oversee guest experience management, event operations, inventory and logistics coordination, supplier management, and trackside hospitality delivery.
- Accountable for maintaining premium guest experiences, driving continuous improvement through feedback and insights, and supporting the development of hospitality strategies that maximize guest satisfaction and partner engagement.
- Support the development and execution of hospitality strategies, standards, and operational processes to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support integrated delivery across hospitality, marketing, commercial, and operations functions.
- Manage hospitality budgets and operational expenditure in line with departmental objectives and approved forecasts.
- Monitor hospitality performance and provide regular reporting on guest satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and key initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement through the implementation of best practices, process enhancements, and service innovations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and event-specific regulations.
- Lead the delivery of trackside hospitality programmes across the Paddock, Paddock Club, and Haas F1 Team facilities, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage all aspects of guest experience planning, including ticketing administration, itineraries, travel coordination, gifting programmes, and hospitality scheduling.
- Coordinate hospitality operations at race events, ensuring all activities are delivered to the highest professional and brand standards.
- Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with partners, guests, suppliers, and key stakeholders to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee hospitality inventory management, merchandise allocation, freight logistics, and stock control to support global event delivery.
- Manage the presentation, setup, branding, and operational readiness of all hospitality environments.
- Deliver premium paddock, garage, and factory tour experiences, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, operations, and partner management teams to support integrated hospitality and activation programs.

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- GCSE/High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Typically, 5+ years' experience in hospitality, events, guest experience, or sponsorship servicing within a premium sports, motorsport, entertainment, luxury, or global event environment
- Experience managing large-scale events and high-profile stakeholders is highly desirable.
