Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Double Days – 06:00-13:45 – 13:30-21:15 rotating

What you’ll be doing:
- Execute efficient press changeovers to meet daily SMED targets.
- Work safely and support site health, safety, and environmental objectives.
- Contribute to Lean improvements, particularly in SMED and yield
- Accurate information loading and analysis of Radius is key
- Support timely, cost-effective delivery of the print plan
- Support initiatives to reduce changeover times
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
- Experience in printing or manufacturing environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid problem-solving skills under pressure
- Team player with a safety-first mindset
- Comfortable following procedures and manuals
- Basic computer skills
Bonus Points For:
- Previous experience in high-speed printing environments
- Experience working with Radius
- Exposure to short-run or fast-changeover production
