We are currently looking for a dedicated and capable Event Crew team member. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting up and dismantling lighting, sound, and staging systems for live events and productions. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and dismantle lighting, sound, and staging equipment for events and productions.
- Assemble and disassemble truss systems safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all rigging installations meet industry safety standards and regulations.
- Work closely with production teams to interpret and deliver technical requirements.
- Coordinate with crew members to achieve smooth and efficient event setups.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous experience as a Rigger within the events or entertainment industry is advantageous but not essential (desirable but not necessary).
- Knowledge of rigging practices, equipment, and safety standards is desirable but not required (desirable but not necessary).
