Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role requires mechanical knowledge and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications.
Perform stick welding and other welding techniques to join materials.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts.
Work with sheet metal to create various structures and products.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

Experience

Proven experience in welding and fabrication is essential.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Basic maths skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints is advantageous.
A commitment to producing high-quality work while maintaining efficiency.
