Full job description

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. A friendly demeanour, strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences are key qualities we value.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently in line with company standards
Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service area
Handle customer enquiries politely and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all service activities
Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing coffee and other beverages
Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous but not compulsory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is desirable
Experience in restaurant or barista roles can be beneficial but is not essential
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Organised with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences
