Love being outdoors and want to build a career working with nature? Glide Gardeners is looking for a Garden Maintenance Operative to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for someone starting out—whether you've just finished school, are exploring a new direction, or simply want to turn a passion into a profession.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping maintain beautiful gardens—mowing lawns, weeding flowerbeds, pruning plants, and more
Learning to use professional gardening tools and equipment safely
Working alongside experienced gardeners and growing your skills
Helping keep outdoor spaces healthy, tidy, and enjoyable for our clients

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine interest in plants, nature, or working outdoors
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Comfort with physical work in all kinds of weather
A team player who communicates well
A driving licence is a bonus, but not essential
