- Salary: £60,000 per annum plus 12.5% annual bonus

About the role
This is a high-impact, senior leadership role responsible for driving education-sector growth across our Health division.
You will operate at a strategic level: building influential partnerships, shaping market-leading propositions, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
You will take full ownership of the education growth strategy, oversee major opportunities and lead on high-value partnerships across Local Authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts and national education bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the national education growth strategy, securing major opportunities across Local Authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts and national education bodies, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, acting as the executive lead with key education leaders and positioning Keys Health as a trusted SEND partner.
- Develop integrated, education-focused neurodevelopmental propositions, aligning ADHD, Autism and therapy services to funding models and system needs.
- Oversee the opportunity pipeline, including forecasting, bid decisions and high-quality tender submissions to ensure strong commercial performance.
- Collaborate across divisions to align services, strengthen referral pathways and ensure delivery models are viable, effective and scalable.
- Support marketing and thought leadership, shaping messaging and contributing insight on education and SEND trends.
- Lead and develop the Business Development Manager – Education, driving performance and ensuring alignment between strategy and delivery.
About You
- Significant experience in senior business development or strategic partnership roles within education and/or SEND
- Strong understanding of Local Authority commissioning structures and MAT governance
- Demonstrable success securing high-value LA or MAT contracts
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth at a strategic level
- Experience leading complex bids and negotiations
- Strong knowledge of SEND and neurodevelopmental pathways
- Experience leading or managing teams
