We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing Birmingham team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support live campaigns, work alongside experienced professionals and develop practical skills across marketing, customer engagement and campaign delivery.

Rather than being limited to one area of marketing, you’ll gain exposure to the full campaign process, from understanding audiences and supporting strategy through to execution and reviewing results. You’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, learn from feedback and take ownership as your experience develops.

What you’ll be doing

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the planning and delivery of campaigns by:

Assisting with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns
Supporting customer engagement activities and promotional initiatives
Researching audiences, competitors and market trends to help shape campaign approaches
Creating and preparing marketing materials, presentations and campaign resources
Working closely with sales, events and client teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Supporting reporting, feedback and analysis to measure results
Taking ownership of specific tasks and projects as your knowledge grows

Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or events is beneficial, but we’re more interested in your attitude, curiosity and willingness to develop.
