About the Role

Are you looking to kick-start or grow your career in digital marketing? Do you want hands-on experience across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and more - rather than being boxed into just one channel?

We're looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team, with a core focus on supporting the day-to-day running of paid ads accounts across the agency - supporting on Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns alongside our Paid Media team. You'll also get exposure to SEO, AI Optimisation, website updates, and organic social content, working alongside experienced digital marketing professionals who'll help you build a genuinely varied skill set.

This role is ideal for someone with at least some hands-on experience running paid ads (e.g. Google Ads and/or Meta/social ads), who is organised, curious, and keen to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the team across paid ads accounts (Paid Search & Paid Social), plus wider support on SEO and AI Optimisation accounts
Helping to set up, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns
Carrying out basic SEO tasks and monitoring performance
Making general website updates and changes
Planning and scheduling organic social content
Creating engaging posts, copy, and basic creative assets
Pulling together reports and helping spot opportunities for improvement
Keeping on top of the latest platform and industry updates

What We're Looking For

Essential: at least some hands-on experience running paid ads (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms)
A genuine interest in Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO
Good written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable

A relevant marketing or digital qualification
Experience with Canva, Adobe, or CapCut
Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Any exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or SEO tools
