Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. If you are driven, enjoy engaging with people, and have a talent for persuasion, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
Have meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress using hubspot
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
Analyse customer feedback and market trends to help improve sales strategies.
Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Provide excellent customer service by answering enquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is advantageous.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive, confident manner.
Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
A positive attitude and resilience when handling objections during calls.
