Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team at our specialist Electrolysis and Beauty Therapy Clinic in Swanland.

We’re looking for someone who can contribute to and share in the success of a growing business. This is a great opportunity to develop your existing skills and gain new ones, take on additional responsibilities, and work as part of a friendly team. We provide quality treatments with industry leading brands including;

Eve Taylor facials and body treatments, Sterex Electrolysis, Hydrotherm Massage, Footlogix pedicures, LVL Lashes and HD Brows, OPI Gel manicures & St Tropez spray tanning.

We are also introducing advanced therapies including

Skin Needling

Chemical Peels

LED Light Therapy Facials

Our ideal therapist will possess experience of a wide range of these treatments and be confident to introduce and promote new advanced treatments with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.As a Beauty Therapist you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients.

Duties

Perform a range of beauty treatments including ; facials, body massage, electrolysis, Indian head massage , reflexology, pedicure, manicures, eyelash and brow treatments, spray tanning and waxing to a high standard.
Retail products for clients‘ homecare.
Promote and upsell treatments and products.
Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
Maintain an exceptionally clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
Manage appointment bookings and ensure timely service delivery.
Assist with marketing and social media platforms.

Qualifications

Level 3/4Beauty Therapy qualification.
Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

This position is full time but we will also consider on part time basis.
