Dad & Daughter Cleaning, a proud family-run business based in Middlesbrough, is looking for a reliable, organised, and confident Team Leader / Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team.

About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can take the lead in ensuring our cleaning standards remain consistently high across all client sites. You’ll be the key link between our staff, our clients, and our management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and organising staff rotas
- Carrying out regular cleaning inspections across client locations
- Liaising professionally with both clients and cleaning staff
- Monitoring and managing cleaning stock levels
- Supporting staff with training, guidance, and problem‑solving
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Own transport and a clean driving licence (essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a friendly, flexible approach
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in cleaning or supervision is an advantage, but not essential for the right person
