Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Labourer to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be actively involved in a variety of outdoor and construction-related tasks, contributing to landscape projects, maintenance, and site development. Your enthusiasm and hands-on approach will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping, horticulture, and construction while working in a supportive environment that values your contributions.

Duties

Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and material transportation to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Support with general maintenance of equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure optimal performance
Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards
Collaborate with team members on larger construction or landscaping projects to meet project deadlines effectively

Requirements

Prior experience in construction, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable but not mandatory—training will be provided for eager learners
Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. (It will mainly be strimming grass on solar farms)
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and outdoor work environments
A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to learn new skills
CSCS or equivalent is essential
You must be able to make your own way to & from site.
Hours worked are usually 730-430. However if you are out working later you will be paid for that.

Pay: £120.00 per day
