Telephone Canvasser / Lead Generation Executive (Part-Time – 2 Days Per Week)

Location: Flexible / Hybrid / Remote

Hours: 2 Days Per Week

Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate + Bonus Opportunities

Virtual IT Group is a growing IT and Cyber Security company helping businesses improve their technology, security, productivity, and business processes. We provide managed IT support, cyber security solutions, cloud services, and business software solutions to organisations across a wide range of industries.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telephone Canvasser / Lead Generation Executive to join our team on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week.

The Role

This is not cold calling. You will be contacting warm leads, existing enquiries, marketing-generated prospects, and businesses that have already shown an interest in our services.

Your role will be to engage prospects, understand their business challenges, identify opportunities, and arrange appointments for our senior consultants.

Business Software Solutions
Digital Transformation Projects
Managed IT Services

Key Responsibilities

Contact warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, events, and referrals.
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Qualify prospects and identify opportunities.
Arrange meetings and demonstrations for our sales team.
Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
Follow up previous enquiries and nurture opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to maximise lead conversion.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional, and confident on the telephone.
Experienced in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, or business development.
Organised and self-motivated.
Able to communicate effectively with business decision-makers.
Target-driven with a positive attitude.

Desirable Skills

Previous experience within the IT, software, technology, or managed services sector.
Understanding of business software, cloud services, Microsoft 365, or cyber security.
Experience using CRM systems.
B2B sales or lead generation experience.
