Billericay Dental Care is a well-established, high-performing practice on Billericay High Street. This is a true mixed role, ideal for an associate who enjoys NHS dentistry but is keen to develop confidence, skills, and experience in private and Invisalign dentistry within a supportive environment.

Genuine Mixed NHS & Private Role

You will start with a mix of NHS and private patients, with dedicated private sessions already built into your diary. This allows you to maintain NHS stability while developing your private confidence at a realistic, supported pace.

Develop Private & Aesthetic Skills

You’ll have the opportunity to carry out:

Private restorative dentistry
Aesthetic treatments including edge composite bonding
Invisalign Comprehensive cases

There is active support and encouragement to build private treatment uptake ethically and appropriately.

Invisalign Mentorship Available

Dr Sheena Tanna is an experienced Invisalign provider and personally mentors associates who are motivated to learn.

➡Invisalign experience is not essential — willingness to undertake the relevant course and engage in mentorship is key.

Technology & Facilities

We are a fully digital practice, equipped with:

iTero Lumina scanners
3Shape TRIOS scanners
Digital workflows supporting Invisalign, restorative and aesthetic dentistry

You’ll be supported by an experienced clinical and reception team who understand private patient journeys.

The Role

Schedule: 3 Days Required

Available days:

Monday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 8:00pm (6:00pm–8:00pm private only)
Wednesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Start date: To be agreed

Scope of Dentistry

NHS general dentistry
Private restorative and aesthetic dentistry
Invisalign Comprehensive
Long-term opportunity to increase private proportion

What We’re Looking For

GDC-registered dentist with a valid NHS Performer Number
Interest in private and aesthetic dentistry (edge bonding experience desirable but not essential)
Interest in Invisalign and willingness to undertake training and mentorship
Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
Commitment to high clinical standards and continuous development

Location

Billericay High Street

20 minutes by train from Stratford
30 minutes from Liverpool Street
On-site parking available

Package

Part-time, permanent position

Estimated earnings: £38,484 – £122,267 per year (pro rata)
