We work alongside accountants, financial professionals, property specialists and major sector partners across the UK and are continuing to expand rapidly.
As part of our next phase of growth, we are looking to appoint a commercially driven, relationship-focused Head of Partnerships to lead and grow our strategic partnerships division.
The Role
This is a senior commercial role focused on developing, managing and growing high-value strategic partnerships across the UK, whilst also overseeing and managing client cases from introduction through to completion.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new referral and commercial relationships, strengthening existing partnerships and ensuring opportunities are effectively progressed internally.
This role would suit someone who is commercially minded, highly organised, confident building relationships with senior professionals and capable of managing both partnerships and active client opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, approach and secure new national and regional partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Accountants
- Financial advisors
- Property professionals
- Commercial agents
- Solicitors
- Lending and finance professionals
- Holiday let and park operators
- Care sector professionals
- Grow referral pipelines from introducers and strategic partners
- Develop long-term commercial relationships with key stakeholders
- Represent Eureka at exhibitions, conferences and networking events
- Deliver presentations, webinars and educational sessions to partners
Case Management
- Manage referred opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, introducers and professional advisors
- Liaise with surveyors, accountants and internal teams to progress cases efficiently
- Help gather information including fixed asset registers, tax documents and property information
- Ensure a high level of communication and client service throughout the process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
Business Development
- Generate opportunities across target sectors nationwide
- Support directors with commercial growth initiatives
- Help position Eureka as the go-to specialist in surveyor-led capital allowances claims
- Develop new routes to market and introducer opportunities
Internal Leadership
- Help shape partnership and growth strategy
- Support process improvements across sales and partnerships
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns and partner communications
- Provide regular reporting and pipeline updates to directors
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly personable and commercially driven
- Experienced in partnerships, relationship management or business development
- Strong at building trust with professional introducers
- Organised and capable of managing multiple active cases simultaneously
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and business owners
- Proactive, ambitious and target-driven
- Comfortable networking and travelling where required
