Customer Advisor - Argos

Rate: £13.23 per hour
Location: Shepton Mallet Argos, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5SB
Hours: Part time, 8 hours per week
Contract type: Fixed-Term Assignment

Shift hours
This will primarily be a mix of evenings and weekends, specific hours/days will vary however especially once we reach the busier end of the year.
Early shift: 07:30 - 15:30
Late shift: 11:00 - 19:00

Eligibility:

You must be above the school-leaver age in your country School leaving age - GOV.UK
You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

What you’ll be doing:

Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
