Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Driver/Helper to support our commercial furniture delivery operations Part Time or Full Time (Flexible hour options are available). The successful candidate will provide timely and safe deliveries, handling goods, and maintaining efficient communication with our operations team throughout the process. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in logistics, warehousing, and commercial driving environments. The position involves working closely with our installations team to uphold high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading goods at various locations
- Help secure items safely within the vehicle to prevent damage during transit
- Perform heavy lifting when required, including moving packages and equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle and work area
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations during deliveries
- Report any vehicle or equipment issues to management promptly
Experience
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety
- Experience with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks is desirable
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Minimum age of 21 for Insurance reasons.
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
