Full-Time Office-Based

A long-established and highly regarded independent financial planning firm based in Bourne End is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Senior Paraplanner to join its growing team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a respected boutique wealth management firm in a broad and influential position combining technical paraplanning responsibilities with operational oversight and team management.

The firm has built an excellent reputation over more than 26 years by delivering high-quality, jargon-free financial advice alongside outstanding client service. With a loyal and long-standing client bank, they are now looking for an experienced financial services professional to help support the next phase of the firm's growth.

The Role

This position will involve a mixture of:

Writing and reviewing complex suitability reports
Managing the advice process through to completion
Supporting Financial Planners with technical case preparation
Overseeing day-to-day office operations
Supervising and mentoring administrators/paraplanners
Ensuring high standards of compliance and client servicing

The successful candidate will become a key member of the business, helping to maintain operational efficiency while supporting the delivery of exceptional advice and service to clients.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 5 years' experience within Financial Services
Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipPFS or equivalent)
Previous Senior Paraplanning experience
Managerial or supervisory experience
Strong technical knowledge across financial planning
Experience using Intelligent Office (I.O.) and industry platforms
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
