Full job description

Click That Property has an opportunity for a Trainee Letting Agent to join our team. We require an ambitious individual to join our team in our Luton town centre office.

Duties to include:

Responding to calls and emails from applicants about properties
Advertise properties for rent on our website, portals like Zoopla and social media.
Book property viewing, inspections and maintenance works.
Complete rental applications, referencing tenants, keeping landlords and tenants up to date.
Logging and completing maintenance issues on our CRM.
Passing maintenance jobs to our in house contractors and tradespeople.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet the team targets.
Build relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
Carry out property viewings and inspections after initial training period.

Requirements:

- Strong administration and organisational skills to manage multiple clients and properties

- Ability to multitask, being versatile.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Sales and/or customer service experience

- Negotiation and influencing skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner.

- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

- Ambitious and a real desire to succeed in the property industry.

- Full Driving Licence is preferred.

- Mon to Fri 9.30am to 6.00pm

- x1 Saturday a month 9.30-4pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
