Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer/ landscaper / builder to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our site, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe and organised work environment. Must drive and have own transport due to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Assisting with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Preparing work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools or supplies
Assisting with all landscaping tasks.
Moving, lifting, and positioning materials around the site safely and efficiently
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work environment
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly

Skills

Physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour setting
Previous experience in landscaping and labouring is advantageous
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
