Future Baby ultrasound clinic offer personalised scans for you to experience the magical moments and start the bonding experience with your baby which is not available in the rushed clinical scans offered in the impersonal hospital setup.

Job Summary

Future Baby 4D Scan Studio is a private 4D ultrasound clinic based in the heart of Oadby , Leicester. We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our busy team. You will work on a part time, permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.

Qualifications and Skills

In order to be considered for this position, you must have a background in either reception or administration work ( GP surgery/dental surgery experience would be great) and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong patient-centred approach.

Due to the nature of this role, a full DBS check will need to be performed prior to the commencement of employment.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the Clinic, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person.
Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
Taking payments
Acting as a Chaperone where required
Assisting with the cleaning of the clinic and equipment
Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management
