Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager for a small business based in Evington. You should have the right experience & background to help grow the business. Brand Care currently has a Deputy Manager and a small team who currently go out to complete the Care Calls within the community.

Responsibilities

Update all day to day staff scheduling onto the on-line system (QCS Care 2020)
Respond to emails, including Directors, N.I & all other relevant professionals
Update Policies & Procedures as & when they need reviewing
Create & Review Care Plans & Risk Assessments
Help Support staff assist service users within a Domiciliary setting with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene, external appointments, escorting to community based activities.
Complete robust recruitment checks, Staff supervisions, Spot checks & Staff meetings

Qualifications

NVQ 3 or above & Good knowledge about the CQC framework.
Previous experience in Domiciliary care setting or a similar role.
Experience in Care with complex needs including Mental Health & L/D.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others to improve their quality of life within their own homes

Desirable

Punjabi / Hindi speaking however not essential
