Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, following established recipes and safety standards
Assist in food production by measuring ingredients accurately and maintaining proper food handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
Monitor baking times and temperatures to produce high-quality products consistently
Support the team with food preparation tasks such as slicing, packaging, and decorating baked items
Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods, enhancing customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Prior experience in food production, baking, or kitchen environments is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and bakery techniques
Experience working in restaurants or culinary settings is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
