Job Title:

Quality Technician - £14.26 per hour

Reporting to:

PDI Manager

Working Hours:

Your hours of work will be 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch each day) with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday.

You will be expected on occasion to work later in the evening or weekends as business needs require.

Key Objectives

Your key responsibilities will be to ensure all Tiger products are completed to specification and up to the highest quality standard.

Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring each Tiger product is completed to specification
Perform quality checks on finished products and ensure product is presentable for customer collection
Small paint corrections
Fit warning decals and fleet numbers
Carry out vehicle safety checks (wheel toques, tyre pressure, light checks, tap tests etc).
Ensure products meet type approval
Send quality report for each individual finished product
Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
Adhering to Health and Safety rules and regulations
Maintain production area housekeeping
Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently

Personal Attributes

Organised, proactive and self motivated individual
Hands on manufacturing experience within the trailer industry
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to ensure production output target and quality is maintained
Skillset of using various hand tools
