Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Consult with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer expert advice on styles, cuts, colours, and treatments
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, including sanitising tools and work areas between clients
- Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and build a loyal customer base
- Stay informed about the latest hair styling techniques, products, and industry developments
