Supervisor – Vintage Shop & Cafe

About the Role
As Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of both our vintage boutique and café, ensuring customers receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door. You will lead by example, motivate the team, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating delicious, high-quality barista-style drinks.
- Supervising and supporting the retail and café teams.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive customer experience.
- Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Supporting stock management, inventory control, and product displays.
- Overseeing café service standards and maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Opening and closing the business as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
Experienced barista with strong coffee-making skills and experience working in a café environment (essential).
- Approachable, friendly, and confident when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Dedicated, reliable, and able to lead by example.
- Passionate about fashion, particularly vintage and sustainable style.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Experienced in retail, hospitality, or a supervisory role (preferred).
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible and willing to support both the boutique and café operations.
