Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi Trade Operative to join our team and contribute to a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a broad skill set across multiple trades, and are eager to deliver exceptional service. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving facilities, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting various technical tasks with enthusiasm and expertise.

Duties

Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations across multiple trades including electrical, mechanical, welding, and plumbing.
Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to accurately complete tasks.
Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and optimize automated systems.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and infrastructure to identify issues early and implement effective solutions.
Supervise junior team members or apprentices on site, providing guidance and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and compliance documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders about project progress or technical issues.

Experience

Proven experience in multiple trades such as Carpentry, Plastering, Painting / Decorating etc
Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Experience in customer service roles or client-facing positions that require clear communication and problem-solving skills.
