As a Night Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our lovely residential service in Exmouth enjoys the facilities of the sea side town and its own enclosed garden. It has a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! This role is supporting individuals aged 18 and above with a range of Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Autism and complex needs. As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by assisting them with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
