About you:

What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Success Sales Advisor, you'll manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, helping customers maximise their potential through proactive support, account development, and targeted sales activity.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and developing your own portfolio of customer accounts to increase engagement, retention and revenue growth.
- Supporting new customers through onboarding, helping them understand our products, systems and services.
- Building strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive account management.
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling and product recommendations.
- Re-engaging inactive or at-risk customers and helping them maximise the value of working with PenCarrie.
- Recording customer activity, insights and opportunities accurately within our CRM system.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across Customer Success and supporting wider team initiatives.
- Working towards activity, customer engagement and sales performance targets.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
Essential
- Experience in a telephone-based Sales, Customer Success or Account Management environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with performance metrics.
- Confidence in making outbound calls to both existing and prospective customers.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and telephone manner.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts effectively.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a Customer Success or B2B sales environment.
- Experience within the garment decoration, wholesale, distribution or related sectors.
We understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Following your initial training period, you'll have the opportunity to work up to two days per week from home, with the remaining days spent collaborating with colleagues at our Willand office.
